At GlideEBike, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help—quickly and fairly.


Return Period

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must include all original packaging and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Do not send your item back to the manufacturer


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products showing signs of use or wear

  • Items returned without original packaging

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as damaged packaging or missing accessories not due to our error.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting time may vary.

  3. Contact your bank—some processing delays are common.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at glideebike@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for your return.
If the item was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go directly to them.
